University of Regina Alumni Crowning Achievement Awards

The University of Regina is an institution steeped history that has seen many an accomplished person pass through its halls. Since its founding in 1974, thousands of bright minds from across the world have looked to the Queen City’s campus as a place to grow and cultivate not just academic prowess, but to learn and advance as individuals in service of the communities they are a part of.

“As one who serves” is the University’s motto— and it is well and truly reflected in the actions of the people recognized here in both the professional and public fields they engage. These alumni have achieved remarkable accomplishments across disciplines— from leading the way for young women in mathematics to sitting on the Court of Queen’s Bench. They have stood up for the community as activists and represented the people as the Premiere of this province. The award winners mentioned herein have contributed to the growth and success of Saskatchewan, and for that these awards are but a small token of appreciation.

We invite you to learn more about The Honourable Reverend Doctor Lorne Calvert, Doctor Sarah Plosker, The Honourable Graeme Mitchell, Doug McKillop & Latoya Reid— all of whom are paramount examples of what an individual who is committed, dedicated and caring can achieve. Together, they are the class of 2021 who are proudly recognized by their Alma Mater and our wonderful client: The University of Regina.
